Mark Jordan FCA

Managing Partner

Mark started the firm in1991 and has been managing partner since that date. After leaving Coopers & Lybrand as an audit manager Mark has progressed to establish the practice of Jordan & Company. He is responsible for the smooth running of the firm and for ensuring that all staff work to the highest standards in providing first class client service. In his 30 years in practice Mark has acquired a formidable range of expertise and experience. His client portfolio includes a range of companies which cover an expanse of industries and commercial issues. The attention to detail, irrespective of the size of client, and help to identify opportunities have given Mark and his staff the professional reputation upon which so many businesses place their reliance and support.

Deborah Richards FCA

Business Development Manager

Debbie qualified as a chartered accountant in 1990 and brings her vast experience to the practice. Since joining Jordan & Company in 1996 she has serviced her portfolio of clients to the highest professional levels. Her primary responsibility is advising owner managers of businesses from start-ups onwards. She advises clients on tax planning, acquisitions and disposals, and strategic business proposals.

Sarah Palmer

Accounts Manager

Sarah joined the practice in 2007 as an AAT trainee and has successfully completed all of her exams and subsequently went onto complete her ACA qualification to become a Chartered Accountant.  Sarah deals with personal and coporate clients, including audits and completes the preparation of their accounts, as well as providing a range of tax planning ideas and assistance.

James Green

Accounts Junior

James joined the practice in 2014 and has since completed his first year of AAT studies with all first time passes.  Looking forward he aims to comple the full qualification in the next 2 years.  He has worked on various areas of the profession including VAT, personal tax, audit and monthly management accounts.

Jo Rogers

Payroll Manager

Jo has been with Jordan & Company for 2 years and she runs our bureau service for clients who require weekly and monthly payroll preparation. She informs our clients on all aspects of payroll including SSP, SMP, SPP and minimum wages etc., constantly updating her current knowledge via Inland Revenue courses.  She constantly oversees the upgrading of our computerised payroll software to enable us to file end of year returns on-line, and assist clients to file all returns on a timely basis.  She will also assist and support all clients in their forthcoming pensions auto-enrolment.

Support Staff

Jordan & Company also employ a number of support staff ranging from employees qualified in sage and other software support, qualified secretarial and administration staff and audit team members studying towards professional qualifications. Our team members are all here to help you, support your business and provide assistance to the level of professionalism that you deserve.
